Laureate Biopharma has completed the process development and production of a new potential therapeutic for ischemic stroke with partner ZZ Biotech. The drug, 3K3A-APC, is a form of activated human Protein C with a molecular structure that has been modified to remove the undesirable side effect of bleeding.
